Change form input with JavaScript

Issue description

It should be possible to change the value of an input field in the topic form with JavaScript. In the case the form has two date fields, start date and end date, specifiying a time range. When the start date is modified the end date should automatically be the next day.

Developer comments

This works now by using the new method %setValue% on statement.
