Saving failed error message is too generic
Issue description
When the topic map is invalid, the error message "Saving failed" is shown to the use. This wording is independent of the actual language of the user interface. This error should no longer be treated separately, but should be a generic "The data could not be saved" message for the user and the logging should contain the exact stacktrace, so that one actuall knows what is going on. Currently you have to consult the log file to find the cause of the error.
