Speed up images in PDFs

Hmm. Here are some benchmarks, from fast to slow: * gif: 0.003 s * jpeg: 0.004 s * bmp: 0.03 s * png: 0.5 s (used frequently)

The time consuming process of generating the versions of the PNG suitable for embedding were always repeated since the cached product was deleted and too rigorously identfied. In our case this is not necessary. Patched TCPDF and now it is only slow on the first embedding of the respective image. After that it is as quick as the other formats.

Patched dompdf so that derivate images are reused and remain between requests.
