Speed up context menu for schema topics

Issue description

In larger systems the context menu takes over 500 ms to create which causes a noticable delay on factsheet show.

Developer comments

This affected mainly system topics which contained a menu item which checked whether the instance is from the Topincs system store. Sped that up, also had effects on various system services.
