Upload form should accept more than one file

Issue description

When certain conditions are met, it would be no problem, to upload more than one file in the upload form. This would make it easy to select a number of files and upload them all in one go, the data passed in the form would be added to all the new files.

Developer comments

When creating a topic with the form, the subject page of the created topic will be displayed. Since in this case more than one file is uploaded, it could either be the browse page that is displayed instead, the index, or the page of the last created file. I think the browse page would be best.

Use cases

You have fotos on your phone. Add all photos of the last party and associate them with the party.
