Issue description

Currently Topincs allows the administrator to create texts and use them in the source code. But the skilled user is not able to alter them. It should be possible for a non-admin user to alter texts that are used in emails and generated documents, like invoices. Individual texts should have placeholders which are a string and an explanation for the user. There is serveral small changes that are necessary, for this to work.

Developer comments

In the simplest case the text is connected to row adjuncts holding the placeholder and what they will be replaced with.

Row adjuncts does not make sense. In most cases there will be a limited number of placeholders. The current case at hand needs 2: receipt number and salutation.
