Computation result stale again

Issue description

An existing topic was updated in a service call but the computation result was stale afterwards.

Rejection comment

This could not be reproduced. A test was implemented and everything works as expected. The problem in production could have been caused by a temporary problem that was caused by faulty changes related to [13423, this issue]. The respective service was called twice in that time period where the error was active in production, so that matches.
