Auto commit off: label wrong after update

Issue description

A POST service updates the label of a topic but it is not reflected in the actual label.

Developer comments

In the case at hand a quote with label "Q1" was made into an invoice. After this the label of the topic was still "Q1" despite it did receive the invoice number "I1".

In detail: an old topic T1 has a name N1 with name type NT1. In a POST service, an freeze API call FOR NT1 on T1 is performed and N1 is replaced with N2. The label after this should reflect the change but it does not.

Could not be reproduced in a test in a first attempt.
