Auto commit off: has API call returns wrong state after delete

Issue description

A topic T1 (an invoice) has an occurrence of type O1 (comment). In a service call there is a delete_comment. Right after there is a has_comment call which incorrectly returns true, but acutally the comment has been just deleted so it should be false.

Developer comments

Has calls were not switched to dobject yet and the calls were therefore going directly to MySQL.
