Rollback after a package save might cause dobject divergence
Issue description
Given a package P1 which touches the old topic T1 and creates the new topic T2. After saving the package, the respective dobjects D1 and D2 are synched. If Topincs runs into an exception after that the MySQL transaction is rolled back causing dobjects D1 and D2 to diverge from the database state.
Developer comments
This applies only in case the package save does not takeover the transaction. I am currently unsure why it is that the takeover is optional.
