Certificate renewal failure stops maintainance

Issue description

When certificate cannot be created in maintain-all, the whole process stops. The maintainance should continue as expected.

Rejection comment

If this runs into an error for one store, it will most likely run into an error for other store, so there is no need to try the others. The mainenance is anyway already performed at that point.
