Auto commit off: after archive trigger fails when file created with API

Issue description

Given a file topic type TT1 with an AFTER ARCHIVE trigger TR1 is fired. When an instance T1 of TT1 is created with API during a service call, the trigger executes fine when autocommit is off but fails with auto commit on with the exception: Untyped topic may not be a tobject.
