Bug
Disabled form fields not greyed
Issue description
When a form or a service form has an immutable prefill, their form fields should be disabled and it should be clear to the user that they are. For the service form this currently not the case due to change 9956 implemented 3 years ago.
Developer comments
The [9956, mentioned change] should only apply after the form is commited. The fix is poor since it breaks the other contract with the user, disabled form fields are greyed.
This has not surfaced earlier since immutable fields in the service form are not rendered as input fields, but as simple text.
Does the service form really need to be disabled upon commit or is it enough to block the UI?
The respective checkboxed boolean fields are now also rendered as text.
