Select more than one counter player in extended selection

Issue description

Currently the extended selection only allows to select exactly one counter player. When certain conditions are met, it would make sense to enable the selection of multiple counter players in the extended selection dialog: if the respective topic role constraint uses extended selction only and allows any number of counter players, so poly optional.

Developer comments

There is one additional big change: if a new option is created it the extended selection dialog is currently closed and the new topic displayed in the select box. With this change it should return to the extended selection dialog.

Currently if there is a new topic created, it is not selected upon reopening.

Also: focus the last select box, the empty one, upon closing.
