Only recompute when actual change in rule

Issue description

WHen changing a code fragment for a computation or label rule, the system currently recomputes uncoditionally, even when it is only a whitespace change.

Rejection comment

Too much work for too little gain. Just wait. php_strip_whitespace needs to be trimmed, then it seems to work.
