Augmenting a form prefill offline
Issue description
Topincs Offline PWA relies on preemptive browsing. All links present in PWA at the time of the synch (TIME1) will be traversed up to a certain depth (1 by default), packaged and sent to the browser where they are put into the service worker cache.
This works very well, but what if the form is prefilled with values that are unknown at TIME1? This is for example necessary when a sales rep has to order multiple (up to 20) articles from a list of 80 articles. The ordinary selection in the form in this case is too cumbersome, thus there is a separate ordering page before the actual form to make it more convenient. The prefill then is only partially present at TIME1 and is augmented offline. Now three AMPERSANDS in the query string separate the Topincs client side state from the URL that is processed on the server. This is currently not considered for the prefill.
Long story cut short: augmenting a prefill offline should be possible.
Developer comments
A new character sequence could play a similar role as the &&&, but take effect in the prefill.
Or the prefill should consider the client side state.
The service worker now uses everything before a double AMPERSAND for this local lookup.
