Bug
Interpretation of identifier of a topics URL
Issue description
Topics can not only be addressed when their system identifier is known to the client, but also if some other form of identification is known. A request URL of the form %topics/some_id% will look for %some_id% in the subject locators, identifiers and item identifiers. This is a bug, since depending on what form of identifier it is, the subject is different. As [http://wega.tm.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de/ueberall/misc/logs/archive/%23topicmaps20071006.html, discussed with Lars Heuer] the following should be implemented:
* topics/si:some\_si -> refers to the topic representing the subject with the identifier some_si
* topics/sl:some\_sl -> refers to the topic representing the subject with the locator some_sl, an information resource.
* topics/ii:some\_ii -> refers to the topic with the item identifier some_ii
* topics/some\_number -> refers to the topic with the system id some_numer
Developer comments
Same principle applies to wiki URLs with the exception that a system id must be prefixed with "id:".
The client is given the item now that he intended.
