Bug
German zip codes in spreadsheets read without leading zero
Issue description
German zip codes are using leading zeros. In spreadsheets this is often encoded as a decimal field with a special formatting adding the leading zero. The numeric value 1111 thus becomes "01111" to the person viewing the spreadsheet. To process such fields easily, it would be conventient to retrieve the formatted value.
Rejection comment
The best and most reliable way to handle this, is using a converter that supplements the missing 0. This method also works when the column contains a mix: some cells are strings, some are decimals.
