Support checkboxed for boolean occurrence types

Issue description

Boolean occurrence form fields are hard to understand, if they present an absent or negative trait, e.g. "Omit display" or "No tax". This might be easier when there is not the boolean yes/no options, but rather a check box. Checked means true, unchecked mean false (if mandatory) or null if optional.
