Sorting of arbitrary tables

Issue description

Currently only tables created by the global Topincs php function 'table' can be easily made sortable. It would be convenient, if the admin could just declare a table column sortable, by putting the respective attribute in the table header and optinally equipping the cells with data-sort attributes.
