Whitelist not working in child form

Issue description

When an existing topic type with some constraints is edited, the child form in the new compound constraint should only display constraints of the topic type, but displays all.

Developer comments

Refactored the test since it was notoriously unstable. No longer editing a topic type with compound constraint, but instances of dedicated topic types with structural similarities in the relevant aspects.

The instability in the test was caused by the context menu that is used in editing a topic type, since the constraints are diverse. Under load selenium was clicking the wrong menu item occasionally making the waiting for the correct child form time out. The context menu is irrelevant for this issue, so this parts was eliminated in the dedicated schema.
