Any HTML page that you view in your web browser, can provide content for a topic map in Topincs. All you need to do, is to install the Topincs tools from Options->Tools. You do this by simply dragging them onto your toolbar. New topic creates a new topic with the selected text. New resource will add the current page as a resource to the store. New occurrence will either take the selected text or, if the selection is empty, the URL of the page, and create a new occurrence from that.
