Issue description
The Recent changes information needs a separate page. There is a need for a menu item in the main menu. This will call a recent changes page, which shows the changes for *one complete day* (the last one where changes happend). For caching reasons, it *redirects* to the URL specifying that day (Past days never change, so they never expire). This is good, because calculating the changes for one day is expensive and should not happen often on the server. Navigation will be *on a day basis*, like in the journal.
