Issue description
The XML that a XTM 2.0 export of Topincs produces, contains *whitespace* before and after the CDATA section of the actual value of an occurrence and a name. This is an error. The Element should only contain *one* child - the CDATA section.

This issue is only fixed for resourceData tags. It needs to fixed for value tags in name.

The whitespace issues was addressed on various locations:
* names in XTM 2.0,
* names and occurrences in XTM 1.0.
This should be all places now.
